Every onsite trip is capped at eight guests. That can be one retailer bringing seven team members, two retailers bringing three each, eight separate retailers — any combination. We don't mix Retailer and Brand Builder trips on the same departure.
When the first guest books a trip, we open the remaining seats to other retailers or brand builders who want to come along. Sharing a trip means meaningful savings on the per-person cost — and the room around the dinner table is full of people building the same kind of thing.
Dates are scheduled around the client. Pricing is custom — every trip is built bespoke off the discovery call.
