The project.

SMoKE Cigar Lounge is a Philadelphia cigar lounge owned by Konstantinos Fotiadis. The engagement with The Cigar Mule followed the standard Retailer Trip path: a one-hour discovery call to define the lounge's audience and palate goals, blend selection or design across The Mule's twenty perfected house blends, custom band design, hardwood box production, FDA filings, and import to the lounge's chosen warehouse for in-house retail.

SMoKE represents the most common shape of Mule retailer work: an established lounge owner who has spent years curating their humidor and finally wants a cigar that exists only in their own. The result is a private-label SKU that anchors customer loyalty and gives the lounge an inventory line no neighboring shop can carry.
